These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Galaxy77 ("Galaxy77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Galaxy77 website located at https://galaxy77.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform.

Galaxy77 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes and is directed exclusively to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Galaxy77 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Galaxy77 Platform, uniquely associated with a single individual.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bets, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive offered by Galaxy77 subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds made by a Player into their Galaxy77 account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Galaxy77 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and other relevant details before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the Galaxy77 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://galaxy77.cam.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible funds from a Player's Galaxy77 account to an external payment method registered in the Player's name.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Galaxy77 account balances are denominated and all transactions are processed.

Access to the Galaxy77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must remain satisfied throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Galaxy77 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, affiliate, or immediate family member of a Galaxy77 employee where such participation may create a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily registered through Galaxy77's responsible gambling tools or pursuant to an order by any relevant authority.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where it is your responsibility to verify your local regulations before registering.

To access the full functionality of the Galaxy77 Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• You may only register one (1) account per individual. Any additional accounts created by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") will be closed, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You must provide a valid email address, which will serve as your primary contact for account-related communications.
• Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Galaxy77 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by your disclosure of credentials.
• Galaxy77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
• By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Galaxy77 is required under its international gaming licence to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal of funds can be processed.

To complete KYC verification, Players are required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the deposit payment method (bank account, e-wallet) is registered in your name, consistent with the identity documents provided.
• Proof of Address (where required): A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your current residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.

Galaxy77 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receipt of all required documents. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Galaxy77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where it deems necessary. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is completed successfully.

Galaxy77 accepts deposits through the following approved Malaysian payment methods: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency channels (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits made via FPX and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Galaxy77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Galaxy77 bears no responsibility.
• Galaxy77 reserves the right to request verification of the deposit method used at any time. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the Player's name will be returned where possible, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• All account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

Players may request a withdrawal of eligible funds from their Galaxy77 account subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be met before the corresponding winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Galaxy77 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits are set at the account tier level and may be subject to review.
• Galaxy77 targets the following processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target times and not guaranteed service levels.
• Galaxy77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delays.
• Where a Player has deposited using multiple methods, Galaxy77 may direct the withdrawal back to the same method(s) used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount.

Galaxy77 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, met the minimum deposit requirement associated with the offer.
• Each bonus promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30x bonus amount), a validity period, and any game restrictions. These details must be reviewed and understood before accepting any bonus.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• Galaxy77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel bonus credits if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or any form of Prohibited Conduct.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, or per shared device/IP address. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses constitute Prohibited Conduct.
• Galaxy77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the Galaxy77 Platform. Specific rules governing individual game types (live casino, sports betting, slots) are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where the Platform provides an explicit "Cash Out" or cancellation function.
• Galaxy77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that is affected by a technical error, pricing error, or the use of information not publicly available at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Galaxy77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• For sports betting, bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and all other markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the sport. Where applicable, rules specific to settlement in the event of postponement, abandonment, or other extraordinary events are published within the sports betting section.
• For live casino games, the result of each game round as recorded by Galaxy77's systems is final and binding. In the event of a dispute, the platform's transaction log constitutes the definitive record of the outcome.
• Galaxy77 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate the betting activity of any Player at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines this to be necessary for the integrity of the Platform or the Player's own protection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Galaxy77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Underage Registration: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, account limits, or any other Platform policy.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through systematic bet patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, including through arbitrage across markets.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, analyse markets, or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from Galaxy77.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. Galaxy77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards under its international licensing obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to Galaxy77. Any Player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their account closed and the matter referred for further action.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or other Players' accounts.

All content on the Galaxy77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to Galaxy77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of Galaxy77. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The Galaxy77 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are the exclusive property of Galaxy77. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Galaxy77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Galaxy77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any loss or corruption of data, whether arising from system failure, technical error, or any other cause;
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond Galaxy77's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, and acts of God);
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your failure to comply with these Terms.

Galaxy77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude Galaxy77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Galaxy77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players remain in control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to monitor the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion of their account at any time through the account settings or by contacting customer support. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

Galaxy77 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account identified as belonging to an individual under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. Galaxy77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Galaxy77 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of Prohibited Conduct;
• The Player is found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 3;
• Galaxy77 is required to do so pursuant to its obligations under applicable licensing conditions or instructions from a relevant authority;
• The Player has not logged into their account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months ("inactive account"), subject to applicable notification requirements.

A Player may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting Galaxy77's customer support team. Any outstanding balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned to the Player following completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Galaxy77 holds its gaming licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact Galaxy77's customer support team in the first instance. Galaxy77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through Galaxy77's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism made available under Galaxy77's gaming licence. Details of the applicable process are available upon request from customer support.

Galaxy77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Galaxy77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are materially amended. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version in effect.
